    Come join us for healthy, nurturing plant based meals.. Our talented Private Chef, Rosie, who creates 5 Star delicious plant based versions of classic Asian, Italian and Mediterranean and Wellness Inspired Meals.

    Enjoy your time together and away by the lake with a package perfect for a couple or friends enjoying a weekend getaway. All meals are vegan or vegetarian and we can cater to most allergies.


    Pricing includes private chef shopping, prep and delivery and service fees. Meals can be delivered to you at your convenience.


     2 Lunches and 4 Dinners and 4 Breakfasts And 2 desserts. 


    Create your package by choosing four breakfasts, two lunches, two dinners and two desserts.


    The Chef follows Covid health and safety recommendations, and delivered to your suite.

    The Divine and Delicious: Three Day Package for One

    This wholesome and delicious package includes 3 meals a day for your first 2 days and breakfast and lunch for the day of checkout. All ingredients are vegan or vegetarian and organic and of the highest quality, prepared freshly on the day of check in for your stay.

    Menu changes and substitutions require an additional fee from the chef. Vegan meats and sauces may contain garlic and spice.

    Astounding Avocado Toast

    Seeded bread (gf available) and lemon juice, feta, olive oil and red pepper flakes (Veg) 

    Amazing Açaí Bowl

    Acai blended with coconut water, banana, blueberry and apple. Topped with homemade granola and berries.

    Fantastic Brie Omelette

    Omelette with Brie Cheese and side of fruit (Veg, GF) 

    Perfect Pearl Sugar Waffles

    French style waffles with fruit and whip cream (Veg) 

    Fabulous Fruit Parfait

    Probiotic Rich creamy yoghurt, berries, honey, crunchy homemade granola and fresh fruit (Veg) 

    Charming Vegan chickpea pancakes

    Chickpea flour, chopped green onions, red peppers, garlic powder, sea salt, pepper flakes, paprika, black salt and black pepper. Served with seasoned potatoes and salsa.

    Fluffy omelette, feta, olives, tomato with toast and fruit.

    Chickpeas cooked with ginger, garlic, onions with coconut milk and tomatoes, served with jeera rice and yoghurt sauce(V, GF) 

    Brilliant Buddha Bowl

    Quinoa, roasted sweet potatoes, mango pico de gallo, black beans, served with homemade tortilla and chipotle sauce (V,GF) 

    Terrific Tofu Fried Rice

    Brown rice, carrots, garlic, onions, ginger, fried tofu, scallions cooked in homemade gochujang sauce (V,GF)

    Lasagna noodle, Vegan Cheese, Homemade Marinera, Spinach, Roasted Eggplant, Onions, Garlic, Pepper, Vegan Ricotta.

    Rice noodles cooked in coconut broth, ginger, garlic, scallions, sun dried shitake mushrooms, topped with bean sprouts, cilantro and lime (V,GF) 

    Splendid Spaghetti Bolognese

    Spaghetti pasta cooked in homemade pasta sauce cooked in garlic, paprika, black pepper and salt. Italian vegan sausage cooked in dried oregano, minced parsley, garlic, dried thyme and black pepper. 

    Jackfruit Tacos

    Jackfruit tacos, corn tortilla topped with bbq jackfruit, grilled red pepper and onions. Served with mango salsa, cilantro and lime. 

    Comforting Thai Curry

    coconut curry cooked with tomatoes, onions, garlic, ginger, carrots, broccoli, bell peppers, soy sauce and served brown rice cilantro and lime.

    I was born in the Fiji islands and growing up we ate organic vegetables mostly in our diet. I started cooking at age 8 and always loved food. As I travelled to different parts of the world, I got more sense of traditional cooking and also the benefits of healthy eating. My journey of plant based cooking started when my son was diagnosed with Nephrotic Syndrome and that lead me to do research on different foods and how food heals our body. As I started becoming more creative I learned more about incorporating healthy delicious options for all ages. I started mediating and using high vibration energy to create my meals. I saw my body changing but more my mind and energy and that’s when I decided to share this with the community not just for plant based eaters but for everyone. I got the opportunity to partner with Quiet Mind and bring high vibrational food for the guests while they enjoy their stay at the resort.
